| This is Plugger's newest Rod it is for the Garrett Infinium LS and the Sea Hunter II! It features a new handle which is far superior than any other on the market! It comes in Silver or Black! All rods and handles are made of 7/8" OD .058 wall Aluminum alloy and the Grips are a "closed cell" type of neoprene from Grip Works that resists salt, etc. It comes with a Black Metal Arm Cuff and an added velcro arm strap with a pad. An optional plastic snap on stand is available for an extra $12.00 that will keep the control box off of the ground and it won't tip over easily! This has a 36" upper rod with 7 adjustments for the lower coil stem, which is included, and 3 adjustments for the Metal Arm Cuff and 2 adjustments for the control box. And, the handle is also adjustable (hex wrench included). The stand raises the control box approx 5", depending on where you place it. The plastic coupling on the lower end of the upper rod acts like a cam lock to eliminate wobble. The Upper rod is 7/8" OD (22.225mm) and the Lower rod is 3/4" OD (19.05mm). The lower rods are slightly smaller in diameter than the stock Infinum rod, so the stock lower rods will not fit into the new Upper rod. A lower shaft is included. The coil bolt size is also smaller at 1/4" (6,35mm), the standard size used by most manufacturers. This Rod has a very solid feel and is very well balanced. This rod has excellent balance, a whole lot better than the stock Rod which means you won't get as tired swinging it and you can hunt longer! |
